Applications

WideBird® products can be installed in all conventional cabin concepts such as GRP, but are also very suitable for installation in aluminium or wooden cabins. A frequently asked question is whether aluminum and GRP are a good combination. The answer is yes, aluminium is often used in GRP cabins to reinforce or mount rails in the floor. By gluing the products together, a connection is created that offers great structural advantages but also remains flexible and can absorb and distribute movements and vibrations in the structure. The advantage when choosing a wooden cabins is that the weight of components is evenly distributed by the angle installation frame in the wall.
