WideBird® doors are made of aluminium with a thermal seperation and a standard 3-point locking system. The door is available in many different dimensions and options. An option is an offset handle on the outside or a built-in window with blackout screen. A matching pleated fly screen and a door limiter are also available. The doors have a maximum opening angle of 180°. Because only a straight cutout is needed and the door is glued all the way around, installation is simple and safe.

WideBird® doors are made of aluminum with a thermal break and a standard 3-point locking system. An extra option to the standard door is the addition of a window. The size of this window is 30 x 50cm and is equipped with a blinding screen (100% darkening). The window is made of toughened glass with ECE 43R road approval and insulation value of the standard glass panes (grey tinted) 2.9 W/m2/K. The window in the door cannot be opened.
Some door measurements are available with an offset handle, on the outside the handle has a lowered position. In this case the handle on the inside remains at standard height. WideBird® is the only company on the market, with these offset handle doors. They come in handy when a cabin is very high and you want to have access even if the platform is not extended.
